During the summer months we are going to meet occasionally in parks of Ljubljana. We’re planning the meetings at 8pm on Mondays and Wednesdays! Please do check back and follow the news at www.senzala.si!
What to wear
For training we are dressed in traditional abadá (white capoeira clothes), white pants with Capoeira Senzala patch and accompanying cord (corda) and white Capoeira Senzala training t-shirt.
If you do not (yet) have your own abadá, it is advised to wear stretchy trainers or something of white colour that you are comfortable sweating in.
Shoes
Shoes are not required since we practice capoeira barefoot.
Other
You should bring along a towel and a bottle of water.
